Shipping Policy for Genuine Valor

1. Processing Time
We print, pack, and hand off all orders to USPS within 3–5 business days of receiving your order.
2. Domestic Shipping Methods & Rates
- USPS Ground Advantage: Calculated at checkout
- USPS Priority Mail Express: Calculated at checkout
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Ground Advantage: Typically 2–5 business days transit after drop-off.
- Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days transit after drop-off.
4. Shipping Costs & Future Free-Ship Threshold
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the method you choose and your delivery address. In the future, we plan to offer free Ground Advantage shipping on orders over $99.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package on the USPS website.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Genuine Valor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. If your package doesn’t arrive or is damaged in transit, please contact USPS and file a claim with your tracking number.
7. Address Errors & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Our system verifies addresses at the point of purchase, and we cannot reroute or redirect orders once they are with USPS.
8. Holiday & Peak Shipping Delays
During peak seasons (e.g., holidays or promotional events), USPS transit times may be longer than usual. Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.
