At Genuine Valor (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a print-on-demand apparel brand powered by Creations Creative and based in Saint Charles, IL, your privacy matters. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Our website URL is: https://genuinevalor.com.

  • Personal Information: Name, email, phone number, billing & shipping addresses—collected when you place an order, create an account, subscribe to updates, or contact us.
  • Order Data: Details of products (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs), quantities, order total, and transaction date. We use WooCommerce to manage orders; payment details are securely handled by third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal) and are never stored on our servers.
  • Usage & Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, referral URLs, and pages visited—captured via cookies, WooCommerce, and analytics tools.
  • Cookies:
    • WooCommerce cart & checkout cookies to keep your cart active
    • Login cookies (2 days by default; 2 weeks if you select “Remember Me”)
    • Comment cookies (if you leave a comment, your name/email may be saved for 1 year)
    • Analytics cookies to understand site usage and improve performance

How We Use Your Information

  • Order Fulfillment: Process, print, pack, and ship your order via USPS. We aim for 3–5 business days of processing before domestic shipping.
  • Customer Service: Respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide support.
  • Email Communications: Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and marketing messages if you opt in. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  • SMS & Other Messaging: We do not currently send SMS messages but may in the future; any such service will require your consent and comply with applicable laws.
  • Site Improvement: Analyze usage patterns to enhance functionality and the user experience.
  • Legal Compliance: Meet tax, accounting, and other regulatory requirements.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share data only with trusted partners who help us run our business:

  • Shipping: USPS handles all domestic deliveries.

We retain personal and order information as required by law and for our legitimate business purposes. For accounting and tax obligations, we typically retain records for up to 7 years. Data collected under COPPA (from children under 13) is kept only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected and then deleted promptly.
