How long will it take to receive my order?
We process and print your order within 3–5 business days, then hand off to USPS. Ground Advantage typically takes 2–5 business days in transit; Priority Mail Express is 1–2 days.
Do you ship internationally?
No—at this time we ship only within the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once you place your order, production begins immediately and we cannot cancel or modify it.
Do you offer exchanges?
No—because each item is printed on demand and unique, we only offer returns for refund. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
What if my item arrives defective or damaged?
Please email us at hello@genuinevalor.com with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Washing & Care Instructions
- Turn garments inside out before washing.
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, with like colors.
- Use mild detergent; do not bleach.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry to extend print life.
- Do not iron directly on the design; if needed, iron inside out on low.
