Returns for Refund
We accept returns of unused, unwashed, undamaged items—still in their original packaging with all tags attached—within 14 days of delivery.
Return Window & Timing
You must request a return by emailing hello@genuinevalor.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Once approved, you have 7 days to ship the item back to us using USPS.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service—Genuine Valor is not liable for items lost in transit back to us.
Fees & Deductions
- Restocking Fee: 10% of the item’s purchase price.
- Loss & Handling Fee: 20% deduction for custom/made-to-order items (all products are printed on demand and unique).
- Original Shipping: Non-refundable.
Refund Method & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days of our receipt of the item.
Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to an order once it has been placed.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted, as production begins automatically upon order placement.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Genuine Valor is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have left our facility. Contact USPS.

To initiate a return, email hello@genuinevalor.com with your order number and reason for return. After approval, ship your item. to:
